Originally from Bismarck, Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, and has more than ten years of experience in civil drafting and site design. Prior to joining AE2S, Howe was an engineering technician at Ulteig Engineers. His experience includes municipal projects, roads, and flood levees.

Prior to joining AE2S, Rosander owned and operated the party store, Leepers, for 31 years. At AE2S, her responsibilities include reception duties, administrative duties, and support to tech nical staff , as well as assisting in database research and maintenance and other special projects.

Originally from Brookings, S.D., Schaefer earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University. Schaefer’s experience and expertise span all aspects of wastewater collection and treatment, including the implementation of biological nutrient removal, innovative technologies, regulatory compliance, and wastewater reuse. He previously worked for Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. in Tucson, where he worked on large projects including biological nutrient removal upgrades for two wastewater treatment facilities.

His experience includes providing resident project representative services for the street reconstruction of 51st Street North in Grand Forks.
